Ambassador program terms

1. Purpose and admission
The program allows a person approved by MonProf to recommend MonProf AI using their personal link and code. Every application is reviewed manually. MonProf may accept, reject, or suspend a profile to protect users and the program.
2. Customer benefit
The ambassador code gives 20% off the first month of a MonProf AI subscription only. It does not reduce subsequent monthly payments and cannot be combined with another offer or used by the ambassador for their own subscription.
3. Commissions
For each subscription attributed to them, the ambassador receives 25% of the gross list price of each monthly payment actually collected, before any customer discount. Each referred subscription has its own commission period, limited to six paid monthly payments while that subscription remains active. This limit applies separately to each subscription and is not a global cap on the ambassador account. No commission is due on a monthly payment that is unpaid, refunded, or disputed. A commission already recorded may be cancelled or offset if the customer payment is later refunded or disputed.
4. Cancellation and holding period
If a customer cancels at the end of their billing period, the commission for a monthly payment already collected remains payable unless that payment is refunded. No new commission is generated after the subscription actually ends. Each commission becomes eligible 30 days after collection.
5. Payments
Eligible commissions are transferred automatically through Stripe Connect once the balance reaches CHF 40. Any remaining balance below this threshold is paid after 90 days with no new commission. Information and any fees shown by Stripe for a transfer can be viewed in the Ambassador dashboard.
6. Attribution and fraud
A subscription can be attributed to only one ambassador. Self-referrals, artificial accounts, use of an identity or payment method associated with the ambassador, and any manipulation of attribution are prohibited. Suspected cases may be blocked or reviewed.
7. Communications
Ambassadors agree to present MonProf AI honestly, clearly disclose their affiliate relationship when required by law, and make no misleading promises on MonProf’s behalf.
8. Data and program changes
Application data is used to review profiles, administer payments, and prevent fraud. MonProf may change the program; any material change that applies to an active ambassador will be communicated before it takes effect.
